Mary Roberson, Ph.D. conducts Ayurvedic consultations and treatments, as well as psychotherapy services. She is also a licensed massage therapist. Mary has studied Ayurveda since her graduate school days, including the Ayurvedic approach to psychological concerns. She has taken courses of study with three Ayurveda schools: Wise Earth School of Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Institute and the Maharishi Vedic Medicine program.
Ailene Radcliffe, BS, LMT, conducts Ayurvedic massage and treatments, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. Ailene brings 10 years of experience in Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch and Reiki to her career as a massage therapist. Ailene believes that by becoming more conscious of the world around us and the world within us, we can learn to become and remain healthy. She has
wonderful healing hands and a caring heart with the highest intent to be of service. Ailene studies Ayurveda with Swamini Mayatitananda of the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda. The name of Ailene’s practice is Natural Balance, reflecting her belief in how to achieve well being.
Kendra Wells , LMT, is a graduate of the Roane State Community College Somatic Therapies Program. She conducts Swedish and therapeutic massage and Hot Stone therapy. Also a student of the Wise Earth Tradition of Ayurveda, Kendra has taken advanced training in providing Ayurvedic treatments such as abhyanga, swedana, and shirodhara. She also volunteers in the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women program. Kendra's goal is to relieve pain and stress in a natural, balancing way.
Martha Knowles, is our Administrative Assistant. She staffs the business office, store and telephones from 10-12, 1-5, Monday through Friday. Martha is a student of yoga and is trained to help you find the right classes or practitioners for your needs.

This was a non-scientific list of specialists who have been recommended by their peers, i.e., members of the medical community, as professionals to whom they might send their own family members.
Aubrey Wick Sebastian , RYT, completed her yoga certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga at the Omega Institute in 1996. She has continued her teaching and practice since then, having taught in fitness facilities and private settings. She is very excited to be instructing at the Ayurveda Center where she can offer both a beginner class and an intermediate level class, allowing newcomers to enter into an experience of yoga and seasoned practitioners to come and express what they know in a vinyasa (flow) style class. Aubrey enjoys all styles of yoga and believes that a fundamental goal of yoga is to experience greater well-being physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Serene White Registered Yoga Teacher. Serene has advanced training in Svaroopa yoga. Svaroopa® Yoga is a gentle, safe form of Hatha Yoga that focuses on releasing and unraveling tensions deep in the spine through postures, breath work, and guided relaxation. She conducts group and private yoga sessions and Embodiment therapy. She will be adding to her list of services soon!
Dean Nardi, has studied internal Chinese martial arts for seventeen years, the last six as a student of Wang Hai-Jun of Henan Village, China. Wang has won the All-China martial arts championship for three years. In addition, he teaches regular Chen Tai Chi classes at the Flying Dragon in Knoxville. In addition, he continues his own training with Russell Sauls and other students of Wang. Dean wants his students to receive what they need from Tai Chi, whether it is internal development and/or physical or emotional health. improvement.

Sherry Chobanian, RYT, obtained her original yoga certification training in the Interdisciplinary Yoga. More recently Sherry completed a certification program in Integrative Yoga Therapy with Joseph Le Page. Pending the processing of paperwork, she will soon be certified at the 500-hour level by the Yoga Alliance. Sherry also serves as the Knoxville Wellness Community’s outreach director. She has conducted the yoga portion of their “Return to Wellness” program for cancer survivors. Sherry conducts private session series here, as well, the goal of which would be to assist in the recovery of certain health conditions.

Amanda Caldwell , LMT, is a graduate of the Roane State Community College Somatic Therapy Program where she fine tuned her healing touch in Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish and Therapeutic massage, and became a Reiki practitioner. She currently teaches Massage Therapy at Roane State Community College. Amanda belongs to the American Massage Therapy Association and serves as 3rd Vice President for the Tennessee Chapter of the AMTA. The name of Amanda's practice is ISIM Wellness. ISIM stands for International Self Improvement Movement.
Santosh David Morgan, RYT, is an East Tennessee native and a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. His Sanskrit name, Santosh, means “contentment.” Receiving a B.A. in Religion from Middlebury College in Vermont, Santosh was first introduced to yoga and meditation in 1991. Not long thereafter he studied Buddhist meditation while a resident of a monastery in India. He has also volunteered for the Tibetan government-in-exile and at two of Mother Teresa's missions. Santosh currently teaches in several Knoxville locations.
